About a month ago, I noticed that our neighborhood Space Invader had been obscured at the hands of forces unknown.
My heart fell. I could hardly even remember what he looked like. You never miss your water, until someone sprays over your Invader in the middle of the night.
As I griped about the little fella's plight to a sensible friend, he immediately told me that I should just go and clean that sucker up. It had occured to me, of course, but what about The Man? Surely he would attempt to prevent a Cruise of this type?
I spent a week formulating a plan. The trick would be to get in and out fast, leaving a minimized attention-imprint. Daylight, or nightime? The weekend: less foot-traffic and everyone too numbed by the corporate week to care about a crouching geek with some plastic bags. It was so crazy, it just might work.

Three weeks ago, I decided to finally give into temptation and figure out what I would look like with a beard.
While there were a few moments I was really enjoying how it looked, this week the realization set in that my hair is a bit too sparse to support a good thick beard.
This will be my documentation to remember what it looked like before it all got shaved off.
(Yes, my bathroom has Space Invaders on the wall. Yes, I am wearing an ETA t-shirt. Yes, I am rocking a sassy toothbrush.)
