Outside taking photos of Bones by Mike Egan. Sofubi toy I purchased from Rotofugi. Produced by Grody Shogun, Japan. I really dig this simple classic character... and we celebrate Halloween/Day of the Dead all year long at our place.
The Ugly Unicorn takes his original form! Mixed parts (yellow and white vinyl) with lots of rub/spray action. Who needs original sin, when you've got original ugliness?!?!?
Micro Run of 5 pieces... I wanted to do more, but I'm just about out of yellow vinyl - damn! These guys got outfitted with some pf the original header cards (from the blank vinyl pre-order).
Painted up for the upcoming Design Festa in Tokyo - November 12/13th. I'll be in booth I-300 with Datadub (Don) and Refreshment Aya - both will be selling other AWESOME sofubi toys! Come stop by if you're in Japan!
If you aren't able to attend DF, any leftovers will be available FIRST to the UGLY UNICORN mailing list, and (after that) they will end up in the RAMPAGE TOYS shop.
