We bought smoothies in Honest, a small shop in Dublin. They were having
problems with their machines and gave us one of the smoothies free but
they didn't taste all that great unfortunately.
2 cup frozen mango, juice of 1 small lime, 1 tbsp organic lecithin powder, 1/4 tsp vanilla powder, stevia powder to taste (or a couple dates). - I rarely use lecithin powder, as it's derived from soy, which I avoid. But, it adds a creamy texture to a smoothie and covers our bases for choline.

Blueberry Smoothie
1 cup vanilla yogurt
4 cups frozen blueberries
a handfull of ice
some milk
sweetener to taste
So I put the yogurt and blueberries and sweetener (I used splenda) into the blender and add a little milk and blend it a bit. Then add ice and more milk depending on how well it blends (more milk if it is having a hard time blending)
This will make for a very thick smoothie that is great to eat with a spoon! If you want a less thick smoothie use fresh blueberries instead of frozen.
Ingredients: an apple, two bananas, and approximately 50ml (an ounce) of milk. Simple, yet delicious

Hazzah picked up some greenery for our smoothies, with lots of time to spare.
We got to play roulette on the ferries and ended up on the bottom which gets let off first, since we have to hit up 2 ferries to get home sweet home of Vancouver. The dice landed in our favour and we barely got on the second ferry. Good thing as if you miss it, it becomes a 2 hour wait...
And the fact is we arrived an hour early so we would have had to wait 3 hours if we missed it, mega fun! (sarcasm)
Anyways for a long weekend I consider it a good trip, got on first sailing upon arrival at the ferry terminal = win.
The little one enjoyed riding on the boat, was screaming as we got off it. It was odd but overall he was well behaved and get a thumbs up for behaviour from daddy.
We picked up additional groceries later in the evening to top up our fridge, as wifey was feeling under the weather, we got some goodies to take care of her. She instantly started to feel better.
We also picked up some coffee so that I may attempt my cold brew, currently it is sitting in the fridge, now I eagerly await the taste test.
