1/2 cup Pumpkin puree
1 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons Splenda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein
1 handful of ice
in this blender: 1 banana, 1 avocado, a handful of kale, a couple pinches of broccoli sprouts, 2 Tbsp cilantro, the juice of one lime, 2 small carrots, 3 large slices of daikon, 1/2 a peach, a few slices of red cabbage, and 1/2 a mango. also added (after photos): hemp milk and mango/orange drink.
it's fall cleanse time. we're having these giant smoothie concoctions every day this week for lunch. dinners are rice and stir-fried veggies. breakfast is wild rice. it feels real good.
