I start every day with a breakfast smoothie. It contains unsweetened hazelnut milk, decaf organic coffee, chlorella, and turmeric. I really love the taste of this and it gives me quite a boost.

 

This smoothie has great orange color and peach flavor. You won't even notice the carrot! Recipe available at BasicallyVegan.com

Morning smoothie of three frozen bananas, two Medjool dates, 2 cups water, 1 tbsp carob powder, vanilla, 1 tsp spirulina powder, and a handful of baby chard.

I love fruit and on a hot summer day there's nothing like a fruit smoothie. I make mine vegan, but you can make them so many different ways.

 

I usually mix blueberries, raw spinach, and a grapefruit or some orange juice. No need for yogurt, and you can add a LOT of spinach for the nutritional benefits. Sometimes I throw in some flax seed, too.

To save a little money and take care of my Jamba Juice fix, I've been attempting to make smoothies of my own. This afternoon's attempt so far seems the most successful.

Mango - Banana - Strawberry - Kiwi -Coconut Water - Soy Milk

Upgrade your smoothie bowls with this delicious recipe made from chocolate, peanuts and caramel flavors. Add some energy balls too, and create a fulfilling breakfast.

Decided to give smoothie making a try. Not sure exactly how smoothies are made, so I kind of just randomly put stuff that I thought would taste good together. Hahaha. Before I added the blueberries (it was last) it tasted like orange creamsicle!

Consists of:

- ice

- vanilla yogurt

- orange juice

- blueberries

Equipment needed:

 

1 blender

1 glas, Dick's Tea Bar*

1 banana

1/2 cucumber

1 cup of spinach leaves

1 lime

milk

basil leaves

mint leaves

 

1. Blend!

2. Pour!

3. Shoot!

How I've missed you! My first chocolate smoothie in three weeks! I modified the recipe for Spain, but still just as good!

Not so much a "bubble tea," as a thick fresh fruit smoothie with tapioca "bubbles" added. But, quite good :)
