Green smoothie recipe:
1 Frozen Banana
6 Strawberries
3/4 c. Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 Huge Handfuls of Baby Kale
1 Handful of Baby Spinach
Juice of 1/2 of a lemon
Juice of 1/2 of a lime

I have several steel bikes and have been looking for a road frame built from Tange Prestige, as I am a huge fan of this tubing. I have always ridden road bikes with traditional geometry, and was looking for something that did not have the full blown “compact” geometry that many bikes are going to these days, but something that had a nice balance of being a little more “compact” as well as traditional, and with “semi” relaxed angles versus aggressive ones."
I decided to make my favorite juicing recipe into a green smoothie. Two apples, 1 meyer lemon, 4-5 leaves of kale, water, and ice.
The other half is in my tummy. Yummy yummy.

Summertime, berries and smoothies just always go together around here. We make our raspberry smoothies with fresh or frozen raspberries, a dollup or two of plain yogurt, sugar or honey to taste, and some cranberry or other juice to liquify it. Throw all the ingredients into a blender, whirl it around a bit and then adjust each ingredient to your taste and consistency preference. We make all sorts of smoothies using the same basic ingredients, just changing out the raspberries for cherries, blackberries, blueberries or strawberries. They are all delicious.
