We recently had our cloakroom refitted. I'm very pleased with it and in the absence of any other ideas I thought I'd take a photo. We also had our en suite bathroom refitted so if I'm desperate for ideas that could well appear too.

I have 3 big shelves, and 1 more in a thrift store hasnt buy yet( no room for it). I love colorful pine or oak shelves, fill them with books, trinkets, fabrics.

The upper and lower cabinets are from Ikea.

I do not have enough dinning wares to show behind those glasses, so I think it is better to hide with fabirc than see them half empty.

i have a small white shabby desk,where i spend the most of my day there.

those frames i bought from thrift store and painted and add my favorite fabrics in.

i love to cover my notebooks with fabrics as well,

i made that message board from a broken glass frame.

the jar which hold rulers and scissors is my longtime love which got from china.

got these two enamelware at paris fleamarket, love the cherry print, and soft blue color

I dont have a seperated craft room, this is a corner of my living room.

I spend the most of　time handcrafting, working for my etsy shop here.

Kitchen cabinet is from Ikea, I just added the shelves in between yesterday for my favorite tins, enamelwares, cafe bowls....

My kitchen is tiny, about 4 square meters, I always dreaming of having a kitchen with the island table, but at least small kitchen is easy for clean :)

got this cute basket from the thrift store.

everything in my cupboard came from fleamarkets and thrift stores. i love the rose pattern and blue color the most. though they are very cheap,they are my treasures.

This covers three phobias

1. Achluophobia - fear of darkness

2. Cleithrophiobia - fear of being locked in

3. Claustrophobia - fear of being trapped in small spaces

Now I am totally spooked from sitting in that place to get this shot!!

got from thrift store

I made these new pillowcases, blanket cover by my favorite liight blue and rose pattern fabric.

It is so good to have a cup of morning tea in bed!

My old desk is too small, so I used to sew on our dinning table.

This weekend, I finally got my own craft space!

The table is a simple wood board with 4 steel legs, so I added a blue fabric to cover it.

Cant wait to sew something on it!

"Terunobu Fujimori insists that his buildings should by-pass any architectural style that has developed since the Bronze Age. The charred pine exterior of this elevated teahouse resembles the tough, blackened shell of a beetle. It expresses an avant-garde attitude to architecture that somehow aspires to a primitive state.

The dramatic process of burning the timber panels provides a textured and tactile surface - an extreme materiality. It also preserves the wood and extends the lifetime of the building.

Fujimori sees the structure as a site for a quintessentially 'English' version of the traditional Japanese tea ceremony. Teahouses often act like pieces of clothing. They are compact spaces that wrap around us like extensions of our bodies. Visitors enter the structure by climbing a ladder barefoot and squeezing through a narrow hatch - a profoundly physical process that momentarily distracts us from our surroundings.

Many of Fujimori's teahouses are designed to re-configure our views of the surrounding landscape. Similarly, 'Beetle's House' offers visitors a unique perspective on this day-lit gallery."

I love tote, they are simple, practical,and the most important, they are washable!

I made these totes and carry them everyday.

A pair of Black-capped Chickadees chose our bird box in the spruce to raise their young. It rained a lot overnight and the parents look quite ratty because they are wet. This one is carrying out a fecal sac. I feel I have to show the bird house as Dale is so happy to finally have a pair of chickadees using any of his bird houses. i collect these marble beads for my handcraft projects. love the soft colors and smooth feeling of them.they are my candy!

I use this iron rack for collecting my blankets, pillows, sleeping buddies, slippers, handkercheif, laces.

Finally,done!

it takes too long to make this slipcover, hope it could last longer than the previous one.

I love this fabric so much, thick enough also great touch feeling.
