I photographed an event on Sat. It was a benefit for a team mate of a Crossfit group. Several Crossfit training groups turned out for a friendly competition doing all kinds of fitness feats. The is Cory contemplating the task at hand--to do as many chin ups as possible in a given time. He was amazing as were all the athletes.

100 Calorie Packs are all the rage these days, I see them as a way for calorie-counting dieters to justify pigging out. "This pack of cookies is only 100 calories. I know exactly how many situps that is, so I can go ahead and eat it!"

Of course, if you're on such a strict diet that you have to account for every calorie you take in.. and you absolutely -must- have some chocolate pudding... you'd do well to try some of the plain ol' sugar free Jell-o snacks: only 60 calories each.

That's right: the new 100 Calorie jell-o pudding cups have two-thirds more calories per cup than the existing sugar free variety.

I used to be a memer of a gym, but haven't been since before coming to the UK. The strange thing is, even though I've not had any structured exercise on a regular basis since moving to the UK, I'm the leanest I think I've ever been!

And so, not to rest on my laurals, I've started doing a little exercise every morning. I do pushups and situps ... more and more each week ... and I'm starting to feel happier about how I'm looking as a result. :)
