I had a major problem with privacy settings on my sets. This image (and some others) LOST ALL FAVes. Unfortunately Flickr support refused and were unable to solve the problem :(

So Sincere is a Leucospermum lineare hybrid of the Proteaceae family, decorated with striking and exotic pincushion flowers. It is a prolific flowering shrub that blooms in spring time.

Donna Nook now accounts for 1.5% of the world's grey seal population. The work of the wardens and the wildlife trust, is therefore crucial, for the future of these lovely animals.

My answer:
"When I was 20 it happened on one side that a young man of the same age in Czechoslovakia set himself on fire and died as the only defense against Soviet tanks; on the other hand, thousands of young people of my age were sent to be killed and to kill in Vietnam.
The enemy is always an invention of the aggressor.
War, all wars, are destruction of life, in the interest of few.
At least so it seemed to me when I was young and still today.

A bird that is very difficult to spot amongst the pebbles until it moves is the ringed plover.
It's eggs however are even more difficult to spot, so please take care when walking on pebbled shorelines.
