I had a major problem with privacy settings on my sets. This image (and some others) LOST ALL FAVes. Unfortunately Flickr support refused and were unable to solve the problem :(

Quiero agradecer a todas esas personas que lo iluminan, lo inspiran, lo hacen más llevadero en los días de tormenta, que ofrecen una mano cuando tropiezas, que caminan en paralelo y ofrecen sonrisas sinceras que llegan dentro, una conversación, un gesto, un detalle ... lo que para algunos pasa desapercibido y en realidad es lo que da sentido a la vida ... gracias por ser y estar, gracias por tantas enseñanzas.

So Sincere is a Leucospermum lineare hybrid of the Proteaceae family, decorated with striking and exotic pincushion flowers. It is a prolific flowering shrub that blooms in spring time.

The Gannet is surely Bempton's signature bird. Looking every bit like something from prehistory. They are however a beautiful and elegant bird.
The northern gannet is the largest of the gannet family and native to the Atlantic Ocean.

My first visit for 2 years and what a joy to be back. The pupping season is later than normal so numbers were down today, but still there was plenty to see.
I was going to start with a cute overload shot but opted for this comical capture instead.

Is it a common or lesser? These little guys for many years were regular winter visitors to the garden.
Sadly they and the siskins stopped coming several years ago.
it was therefore a nice surprise to see this lovely bird and its companion.
