This is the third lap of the second five lap run I am doing to try and commision the new simulator the team has purchased. It's movement kind of makes me sick after a few laps (can't do more than 6 laps at a time) due to my crappy inner ears, but it is really good fun to drive. Very much a simulator (ie if you try and drive it like a video game, you'll crash in a ball of shame).
This is Laguna Seca, Williams F1 car, lap time of 1:13.03. The lap record for an F1 car at Laguna is 1:06.30, so there's a long way to go.
Amusingly, these little motion simulators that play footage from old Cedar Point coasters can be found all over the country. This one is in the Woodbridge Mall in New Jersey.
The Hurricane Simulator unleashed its "wrath" on a customer while I was nearby, so I got a quick shot.

Located at the north end of the Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security building complex at Fort Carson, the VCTS officially opened with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Aug. 3. The suite is designed to train up to 200 Soldiers per week but the number can grow depending on unit requirements and mission deadlines.
There was a cool ride/video game called Safety Simulator that I didn't bother trying since it looked to be in Japanese.
