I was driving along the North-South Expressway past the area called Simpang Pulai in Ipoh, some 200 km from Kuala Lumpur. It was raining in some part and bright & sunny in the other while driving along the stretch since the past 50 km or so.
I then saw this nice spectrum of light in the sky on my left.
Without second thought, I pulled over at the highway shoulder and took this shot. It was dangerous to do that, lucky there was no speeding trailer with the load of heavy steels came ramming my rear.
In my editing, I pushed the colors a bit to make a clearer statement that I was capturing the rainbow. Hope you don't mind on my exaggeration and hope you'll like it too.

We must say thanks to Bar who insist to get down and take a few shots. Before that, it was drizzling and the sky was gloomy and dull when we drove pass the beach. Suddenly, the sky's color became crazy! The tornado like clouds were formed and the sunset colors revealed!

After lunch, a couple of Smooth-coated Otter (Lutrogale perspicillata) were resting at a small grass patch. One of them was staring intensively at me when I was taking their pic. These Otters were spotted hunting for fishes in Sungei Simpang Kiri at Canberra.

Morib is a beach located in Selangor, Malaysia. Morib Beach (Pantai Morib) is a quiet seaside tourist attraction. It was one of the first landing points on the west coast for the British and Indian Army liberation forces during end of World War II in 1945. It is a small but suitable beach for swimming.
It is located near Simpang Morib, which is about 10 km from the town of Banting.[1] Morib attracts more than 10000 visitors annually notably during the month of August, festive seasons and public holidays. (Wikipedia)

The magnificent Milky Way over 'trademark' Tips of Borneo @ Simpang Menggayau, Kudat Sabah Malaysia.
Tanjung Simpang Mengayau, also known as the Northernmost tip of Borneo, is the meeting point of Sulu and South China Sea.
We (Nora, HH&SP, Jeff, Bar and a few non-Flickr friends) were really lucky to witness a beautiful sunset when we reached. This image just couldn't do the justice, somehow the color didn't seem to be right.
The Sabahan warrior went all the way to the very tip!
