The Cat’s Eye Flea Market in Walnut Grove, Missouri, is a favorite of mine. The old building is empty, and the business moved to a different location in town. However, I think it has closed as well. The building in the photo has a corner location and just seems to have such character, in spite of the crumbling bricks and boarded-up windows. I’d never be able to go inside, however, because of the Parallel Parking requirement....
There are signs of spring along the famous Apache Trail. This is Canyon Lake in the early morning light. Always a wonder to find water in the Senoran Desert (even if it from a man-made dam).
As always, thanks so much for stopping by.

When I have errands to do on Saturdays, I often take a diversion / stroll through the city park (I have an annual ticket for the park) to wind down a bit. This time I was able to enjoy the first signs of spring and glorious sunshine. I stayed much longer than planned - watching the few adventurous bees buzzing about : ))

I am sure if this sign could talk it might have a few stories.

The sign itself appears to be a bit of an antique. I like the dead ivy that once grew on the wall around it. This photograph is in living color.
Spring in the garden is a mixture of delight and chore! Chore in that the feeds wake and spread like fury. Delight as creation wakes and all manner of bugs, birds and buds are to be seen and admired. I trimmed the climbing rose back over the weekend, it would be wrong not to take a photo ( or 20 right?!). Thanks for stopping
