You can see the bust short row shaping (I did a lousy job of hiding it), the Soxie scraps holding the live armhole stitches, and several decreases before a slight increase to even up the ribbing/cable pattern that's just beginning.
Newgrange is considered one of the best passage tombs found, even though there are better sites (i.e. Knowth). What makes Newgrange special is that it has a "Sunbox" where the sun shines directly into the tomb for perhaps 5 days a year.
the yellow structures reinforce the bay doors and hinges, as they were constructed for space, not earth's gravity.. At least, that is what I was told.
