It was a gorgeous day today and perfect for wandering the Mendota Branch of Cherokee Marsh. Believe it or don't, my first time in this part of the marsh!

took this pic while waiting for my mom at the herbal doctor's house - his apartment had an awesome plant area.
This is the kind of shot that gets submitted to 365 when you realize that during 3 days of a business conference, you basically took no decent photos. That the only photos you do have include people that you need to get approval from. So, you figure out a way to still submit something. You use post-processing and tweak an ear on someone's head. You then apologize to all people that look at your 365 and ask them to not give up on you. Please. ;-)
