Huge shoutout to my amazing partner and love Kaname Kuze who posed with me for this one. I love you babe <3

I am aware that it has become quiet around me in the last few weeks. As some may have noticed, something happened in my RL from mid-May that required a lot of my attention and energy. But things are calming down and not everything ends badly fortunately. But I was and am tired, which is why this outfit was a long time coming.

It wasn't without a message

A few weeks ago I overheard a wonderful man from our community posting a picture of his avatar in a dress. He felt beautiful and free and he was! But he had harvested a lot of hateful comments underneath, which just frustrated me. I was sorry because his self-esteem was obviously suffering and he certainly didn't deserve it. Nobody has that.

Just a few moments later, I saw a picture of one of the most well-known bloggers wearing the same dress I'm wearing here. He meant it as a joke and a lot of people celebrated the idea. But honestly.....it wasn't funny at all to me anymore. With this range, it sent a completely wrong signal. And if some now say I've got a stick up my ass... fine with me.

I didn't like it at all. As someone who fights for us to be normal in looks like this..as someone who constantly exposes himself to ridicule and sits just because he likes to wear dresses and skirts, I found it sickening.

It's not funny for people like us. Mockery and scorn are not funny and it doesn't help if you literally put a crown on it without even wasting a thought on the fact that you can also misunderstand it. Especially in Pride month

This is my statement on this and I call on everyone to do the same! Dare and put on your most beautiful clothes. Show me you in your dresses and skirts. You are kings and queens!

If my opinion is too stiff for you, you can leave. It's not funny, it makes me puke. I am a queen and I stand for everyone who cannot build up enough self-confidence because of people like you.

FIGHT ME! HAPPY PRIDE!!!

Shoutout to my buddy Tommy White for getting out with me last weekend for some much needed time chasing fall color in the High Country. We had no intention really of visiting this particular waterfall, but as we drove the Blue Ridge Parkway and some fog/rain appeared we figured why not. Unfortunately the fog didn’t stick around for us, but it was still totally worth the climb down. Note I didn’t say hike…it’s a climb. I’m sure some have done it without ropes, but I wouldn’t advise it. Tommy brought 2 sections of rope...and luckily there was another section left behind by someone else we could use near the bottom. The secret is certainly out on this one, but I hope folks tread lightly. It's an extremely special spot. Treat it with care...and if you even think twice about not being fit enough to do it, don't. It's dangerous. I was about to name the photo 'sacrifice'...cause you're surely to get bruised, skin a knee, shin, elbow, something (which I did). I'm not sure my image really does this place justice...I was a bit overwhelmed by it to be honest.

Anyway...hope everyone's having a great weekend!

Shoutout to Brickforge and Brickwarriors for awesome custom parts!

Shoutout to Jonathan Lee for photoshopping the conduit out - you da man

Every single available charger broke, so Amtrak started assigning P42s to the regional routes out of Chicago; except the Hiawatha, which got Dash 8 #500.

After overshooting the platform, and a half hour delay in the proccess, 338 finally gets out of Sturtevant, kicking up a bunch of snow as it flies past the searchlights on its way to Chicago, where it would arrive 40 minutes late

The Dash 8 isn’t in the rotation anymore, because it crapped out around Mayfair on 339 a few hours after this, and limped back on 332 the next morning. The charger on the north end had issues on 332 around the Airport stop, resulting in a completely new set being required... which broke and cancelled 337 and 342.

Classy performance as always, Amtrak

Got together on Joe’s cosy outdoor patio. It’s always fun to get together to talk cameras, photography, movies, Netflix, and life in general.

Shoutout to my favorite people. Dirt (left), Jynie (right) and Poopy! (far right)

Shoutout to my Israelite Buddies!

The traditional way to wish someone a “Happy New Year” in Hebrew is by saying “Shana Tova”

Starting on Saturday night, people often wish each other “shavua tov,” meaning “a good week,” as a wish for the coming week. You might even hear people saying this through Sunday. You can repeat, “shavua tov!” to them right back.

Shoutout to those that "You never reach out to us".

I apologize for not replying to the messages that they never sent.

Cheers!

Shoutout to the homies Jynie, Poopy, and Dirt

Thanks to SM and IH, I was able to score a tiger leading a train over Parkway Viaduct. This was my first time shooting the Wheeling, and it worked out well!

Creators who actually answer notecards; don't take their stuff out the store for no damn reason; make hairbases with demos; make hairbases that actually fit the heads they were made for; actually listen to their customers that have been supporting them for eons.

No shade no tea... actually a whole lot of shade because some of you hoes are scammers who only want money and sh** on the people who support your brand.

Shoutout to Uniden!

This guy is truly amazing, he makes tons of Lego film posters, builds, and more. I am apalled on how much likes he's getting on his page, so please check this guy out, he deserves more followers than he's getting.

Shoutout to my boi Brobot Customs for making my this custom lego Civil War Spider-Man. This is his second lego custom and he's still getting the hang of painting Lego(he's getting better). Sadly, this figure can't move that much with the risk of paint chipping, because this was painted onto a First Order Stormtrooper body and legs and a flesh head. I don't mind though, because I'm keeping it as a display piece.

Shoutout to Scott Lin's "the rip", still one of my all time favorite Flickr images, and ironically one of the first that I encountered when I joined this site, totally new to photography, in February 2009. Since I'm already rambling, I might as well solicit some inspiration and see what pops up. What's one of your favorite Flickr photos of all time? Flickr photos only; paste a link in the comments (and please, link any photos except your own or mine)... :)

Shoutout to Tyler in the side and Dane at the helm.

Massive shoutout to Jazzliebhaber for giving me this top tip.

And Victor Lysenco for helping me find these. Make sure you check their photo streams. Both are amazing car spotters and super awesome guys!

This is for all my flickr conatcts! I tagged the people who comment the most in the heart. Not all of you fit in, but you get the idea :P

So I really appreciate you guys that comment. I always try and return the favour :)

Kaitlin kinda gave me this idea! After her shoutout one in the snow, I decided to do one in the sand, seeing as it's summer down here :D

Shoutout to my friend, he finally just got a Flickr account. I’ve seen his builds in person over the years, you can expect great vehicles from him!!

Shoutout to Aaron (LegoMatic9) for being a huge inspiration and reference for this custom! No too much special about this guy, except for maybe his hand, which was dry brushed with gold and gunmetal. Overall, I'm pretty proud of my work here. Up next may or may not me something pretty new, followed by BvS Batman and Civil War customs. Stay tuned!

Just a shoutout to one of my recent contacts, GG Alina, who shoots these lone walking man photographs so well. Check her work out.
