A shop undergoing refitting. It was a cycle shop from the 1980s and I believe something else for a decade before that, so the Pet Shop facade is probably from the 1960s.

What a wonderful Christmas we had at our house! I hope yours was just as special. And now what, well after Christmas sales right?!! lol Yeah my RL sister and I have hit a few places.

We're still in the holiday season and as Christmas is just too important to last for such a short time I'll sign off with a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year before I'm off to Best Buy!

For Macro Mondays - Multicolour.
One of our major supermarket chains has a promotion going whereby we get to collect product 'minis'. Each 'mini product' is about 1"/25mm high. The shopping trolley (about 2" / 50mm wide) was given to Sarah by her Grandmother, she loves playing 'shopping' especially now she has 'real' items!
For my Aussie friends, no we don't have the White King! (one sold for $AUD2,000 recently!!)

Tanishq is an Indian jewellery brand and a division of Titan Company. Founded in 1994, Tanishq is headquartered in Bangalore, and has 410 retail stores across more than 240 cities.
By the end of the 1980s, Titan launched Tanishq, focused largely on exports to European and American markets, in an attempt to increase its foreign exchange reserves. In the early 1990s, India's exchange crisis was resolved, and Titan Company shifted the focus of the brand to Indian market. A pilot plant was set up in August 1992 and the production began in 1994, and Tanishq's first store opened in 1996. Tanishq was the first jewellery retail chain in India
Not much is left of the shoemakers shop in Elkhorn. At one time, this was a bustling mining town. But no more. The place is mostly a ghost town.
