Les débuts réels du site du temple datent du sixième siècle lorsque de petits sanctuaires jumeaux dédiés à Ganesh et Gauri ont été construits.

Le temple Samadhishvara est un temple hindou situé dans le fort de Chittor au Rajasthan , en Inde. Il est dédié à Shiva , qui s'appelle "Samadhishvara", c'est-à-dire "Seigneur de Samadhi ". Des preuves épigraphiques suggèrent que le temple a été construit au 11ème siècle et a été restauré aux 13ème et 15ème siècles.

Taken on a very cold and clear day ( 5° F ) near Chicago. The skies were very blue and clear. The camera itself is IR modified so I have a bit of an unfair advantage for this week's challenge. I did a little bit of tonal tweaks and played with the clarity and that gave the trees a frosted tip look.
As Nataraja, the Lord of Dance, Lord Shiva comes across as the fiercest yet the most joyful. The Tandava, a hugely popular divine dance form, is believed to have been performed by Shiva. And most of us believe that it represents the most aggressive form of dance.
This is one of my favorite Fotog at all. I took this at the ‘Nav Durga Jagran’ event, held in my home town by my brothers and friends at the recent Navratri festival. My friend invited me to shoot that event. It was my first experience to shoot locally with a DSLR.
During that event it was the last jhanki dance on the Lord Shiva Story at 4:50AM. I enjoyed this dance performance so much. He dances like Lord Shiva comes in his body. Hope you Like this snap of that dance. :)

By the way, this is heights of creativity, and one of the many superstars which made me adore DeviantArt. The Trimurti (three forms) is the so-called Trinity of the supreme God in Hinduism in which the cosmic functions of creation, maintenance, and destruction are personified as a triad of deities, typically Brahma the creator, Vishnu the preserver, and Shiva the destroyer/transformer, though individual denominations may vary from that particular line-up.
This is a performance depicting Shiv Tandava. Shiva Tandava Stotram is a stotra (Hindu hymn) that describes the Hindu god Shiva's power and beauty. It is traditionally attributed to Ravana, the rakshasa King of Lanka and devotee of Shiva. Both the ninth and tenth quatrains of this hymn conclude with lists of Shiva's epithets as destroyer, even the destroyer of death itself.
