Definitely a rare sight to see anymore, a 1993 Ford Crown Victoria still in service for Auglaize County Ohio Sheriff. This car only has 106k on the odometer and is very clean including the interior. Photos were taken in front of the Auglaize County Courthouse in Wapakoneta, Ohio.

Beggar's Bridge, over the River Esk at Glaisdale, N. Yorks - built in 1619, this packhorse bridge has a romantic story. Thomas Ferris had been courting Agnes, daughter of a wealthy squire, but her dad objected so Tom went off to sea to seek his fortune. The night before his departure, the River Esk happened to be in spate so the lovers couldn't even kiss goodbye. Luckily, Tom made a fortune in the W. Indies so when he came home, he was allowed to marry Agnes and he took his bride off to Hull, where he founded a shipping company, became sheriff and later, mayor of the city. The story goes Tom built this bridge so lovers need never again be separated by the river - the added bonus being that it was used by trains of packhorses for years.
PS: The lovers' story was made into a film by Eboracum Pictures, so it must be true!
This is a building that I haven't and don't want to visit! Ayr Sheriff Court stands off Wellington Square in the old town of Ayr. To be honest, I don't know much about the history of this building but it is certainly old!

A brand-new Flagler County Sheriff's Office 2019 Ford Police Interceptor Utility slicktop K-9 Unit photographed at the FCSO's April Community Expo in the Palm Coast European Village, Palm Coast, Florida. In early 2019, the county acquired a new fleet of fully-outfitted K-9 unit Ford Utilities to replace their aging 10-year-old fleet of Chevy Tahoes. These new units feature much more emergency lighting than the old units, the department's more highly-visible graphics scheme, and do not have a pushbar.
