I don't often photo the inside of flowers, but I rather liked the colour and shapes within this tulip. The colour reminded me of sherbert which is one of my favourite desserts.

Aechmea 'Little Harv', a cross of (chantinii x rubens) is Hybrid with it's origins in South Florida. Widely used in landscaping in South Florida, its color varies from bluish-green to silver to a bronze red depending on exposure to sunlight. This cross has a very impressive Inflorescence that is both colorful and long lasting. It can get quite large reaching sizes of up to 28" tall and 20" across.

This is 'Woburn Abbey', an orange floribunda rose which is very fragrant and regarded as one of the 'true' orange coloured roses in the world.

Photographed earlier this evening (Sunday, 20th December, 2020) in the Roxborough Park Rose Gardens, at Baulkham Hills (in the Hills District), in northern Sydney. The display of 'Woburn Abbey' roses in this rose garden is simply immense. It is like a wall of orange!!

The Mapbox geotag always insists on putting Roxborough Park in the suburb of Castle Hill. It is certainly on the border of Castle Hill and Baulkham Hills, but I have lived in the Hills District since 1986 and everyone calls this Baulkham Hills, except for Flickr's Mapbox geotag.
