Versute Sharpshooter (Graphocephala versuta) - Power-cut west of Bethany Lane, Ellicott City, Maryland
A colorful, tiny little, hoppy guy.
And yes it is a "sharpshooter".
Not so much that it shoots things,
but more like a "sharp dressed man" kinda sharp,
that "shoots" from one leaf to the next when it hops.
Sharp Sky Associates have now risen into global awareness. With the massive deplete of DARKWATER troopers and facilities in Europe and the Middle East, Sharp Sky has made their move. Now Sharp Sky has bigger plans and will complete any task as long as the employer has a deep enough pocket.

For the Purge
Now while waiting for my minifigcat order, I thought I might showcase Sharp Sky troops.
I'm not sure how many photos I used to create these time slice images, but I'm sure it was over 300. I thought the effect on the water was interesting.
With an Auto-Takumar 55mm f1.9. Originally from a Tower 29 camera.
Here is my review of the lens on YouTube:
This Osprey was on the lookout for food...a few minutes later he took off and came back with a fish dinner clutched in his talons.
This Sharp-shinnedHawk which has become an every day visitor entertained me for several hours on a dark, wet day. I saw it 3 times between daylight and 2 pm yesterday (11/11) I am going to have to discourage it from coming to my home before it eats all of the quail. It sat here for at least an hour but surprisingly did not attempt to catch a quail even though there were quail below it several times. It did fly to the ground once when it may have been after a mouse. I think it already ate. This hawk was wet because it rained most of the morning. This bird was trying to get dry. IMG_6603
Looking close... on Friday! - Combination of Soft & Sharp
Love me please, love me - Michel Polnareff
The Gloucester & Sharpness Canal was once the broadest and deepest in the world. Even today, it stands out from other navigations because of its sheer scale and impressive engineering. Its immense swing-bridges and ornate bridge-keepers’ houses add to its unique identity. It connects Gloucester to Sharpness, allowing boats to bypass a treacherous stretch of the River Severn. From the canal, there are spectacular views of the Severn Estuary, the Forest of Dean and the Cotswolds.
The canal is 16 miles (25.7 km) long and this is Sellars Bridge at Hardwicke, near Gloucester, with The Pilot Inn in the background. Although this is an area I know very well, including all 16 bridges, I have only just walked the whole length of the canal.

[Lifer] Another iconic landfowl of the New World -- known for the males' spectacular leks. Benton Lake.
The world's first pocket computer ever made - the Sharp PC1210, with only 896 bytes of RAM (less than 1kb!), produced in 1980. It was quickly replaced by the PC-1211, which had more memory. It was programmable in Basic.
These are quite hard to find these days - this one, which is in my collection, is in mint condition.
