A Native American belief states that we should consider seven generations to come for every action we take in our lives.

** This is my final shot from our Sussex trip at least for a while . I do have a lot more images from the holiday but they will have to join the ever expanding archive for a spell . I think I have posted a shot of all the main places we visited in what was a busy and varied week.
I could not resist posting a second shot from the superb cliffs at Seven Sisters . This was taken from the top of a cliff above Birling Gap .
THANKS FOR YOUR VISIT TO MY STREAM.
I WOULD BE VERY GRATEFUL IF YOU COULD NOT FAVE A PHOTO
WITHOUT ALSO LEAVING A COMMENT .

Another view from Birling Gap along the Seven Sisters. This is a terrific coast walk which I can thoroughly recommend.

It was wandering under the shutters of a window. Always on the move. Fun fact: it looks so huge on this picture that the ID program I use since some months couldn't identify it and thought it was a goldfish.

View of Plovdiv, Bulgaria, at dusk from one of the seven hills the city is built on. Seven hills seems to be a magic number, claimed after the original in Rome, similar to the cliche of a a city being Venice of the north, the east, the Americas, my ass, or whatever. Below is a link to the list of contenders claiming to be a city built on 7 hills, some (OK, most) of them are laughable, but Plovdiv is more plausible than most:

The Seven Sisters chalk cliffs form a well known landscape feature of the East Sussex coast. One of the 'sisters' is nearly completely obscured from this angle taken from above Cuckmere Haven.
