Akram path is an exceptional path, in which Self Realization is achieved through grace of the Gnani. This is different from the step by step path where they have to remove anger, pride, deceit, greed and then slowly they achieve Self Realization.

Swarm of blank ants
Marches up my spine
Rallies in the back of my mind, biting
Bitter bile build-up
Splashes and surges upwards
Unconsciously brow furrows, eyes narrow
Breath accelerates
Muscles tense, poised to strike
Look how smug, self-satisfied
As she haughtily struts and
Shoves her talent in my face
Hey, wait a minute!
What is this hostility growing
In spite trying to squelch it?
Why the hatred and stomach pangs
Reading into her every move
Filling her every silence
With the most insufferably arrogant words?
I recognize this – I’m envious!
So this is how it feels on the other side.
How hideous!
Just like that
The spell is broken.
I can see her clearly now
Having removed my sludge-colored lenses.

Karma gets charged due to wrong belief for our existence and doership. After Gnan ceremony this wrong belief is broken and awareness of Who am I really and who is the Doer is attained. As a result of which karma charging ends.
