Lord Krishna's dharma is "Swadharma" and rest other "Pardharma" is a wrong interpretation given by different sects or followers of a particular sect simply to keep their followers in the fences of their own sect. Lord Krishna never said so, in fact His whole life is a message for everyone. In Bhagwad Geeta He has demarcated Self and Non Self and asked to realize one's own Self. He gave same to Arjuna rather than making him do any other ritual. Aim of Human life should be to realize your true Self.

Our true Self is real, pure, eternal and permanent while relative is temporary. Only those who know about true Self can make us realize the same. If someone asks you what is your name? Answer would be, “My name is "XYZ” and not “I am "XYZ”. So “I” and “My” are two separate things. When you say “My”, that means your “I” is owner of “My”. Similarly you say “My body and not “I am body”. So your body is separate from your true self. This body will come to an end one day, but your “I” never dies it takes another body.

The result of karmas - whether good or bad - have to be borne by everyone. But what is the cause of karma? Who does the karma?
In this video, Pujya Niruma explains that the 'ego' is the cause of karmas. The ego is nothing but a set of numerous wrong beliefs. The ego as such is subtle, cannot do anything externally, but it merely believes that, 'I did it all.'
And all this is due to lack of Gnan. Nobody ever told us that we are pure Souls, not the material body that we see.
If we get the right Gnan (the knowledge of the Self) we can stop charging new karmas.
