DON'T let a bump in the road make you lose sight of the blessings that you have. It's really easy to lose hope, throw your hands up & give up. It's easiest to dwell in sorrow than work extra to pull it together. Pulling it together takes energy. I know how you feel. My drama started before 9am this morning. But we can't give up!! God gave us the gift of waking up today. We should be grateful. Hang in there! Believe you are competent & powerful enough to rise above all, because YOU ARE!! I believe in you - please remember to believe in Yourself!!
Orange County Power Team had Johnnie McClelland, Arvee Robinson and Sead Pepic for speakers on 2/3/10. Sead’s talk was the highlight, it was titled “Google Secrets Revealed”
Scenes from "Om the Road" CD release party. Took place at Jen Swain's house in North Hollywood. Four bands played. Jen taught a mini yoga in the car lesson. Plenty of vegetarian food and wine to drink. It was a fun event to kick start the company Om the Road Yoga, LLC. which creates yoga products for the masses. Stop Beeping and Start Breathing!

These pictures pretty much show a good time was had by all - despite the fact that everybody kept their clothes on!
