Another not so hot day, the headache continues and I got a phone call last night letting me know my dad is in the hospital, again. Now, I am trying to figure out how to get him here so I can keep an eye on him and do some care-taking.

Nowadays anyone with some computer skills can create a website, post some writings, display some photos, show some video. An internet cafe computer will do if you don't own a computer or even a desk to put it on. Maybe what you write or say doesn't agree with my own opinion but you have certain rights and freedoms here in Canada.

I walked by Sunny here and asked if I could take a picture. Sunny pulled out a recent edition of the local newspaper, The Ottawa Citizen. Sunny showed me articles about public meetings with the Mayor or City Council officials which he had attended and been quoted in the local newspaper! Sorry to be away so long. I am just now trying to catch up for the past week after packing, loading the truck and driving 14 hours, all in one day, to then unload the truck and begin the unpacking. Today, I am out of the dark ages now that the house has cable access... Hello Again, Flickr Bits!!!!

Todd and I stopped to ogle this lovely Mercedes. While I was shooting, I caught my reflection and thought, "wahoo.. it's me"!

The woman is Venus. Her multicolored bike is really cool.

So many emotional days have culminated into this one day.

7:00am: woke up

8:30am: breakfast

9:30am: began backing the truck and finalizing the last minute things around the house.

3:00pm: final things loaded on the truck.

3:30pm: pulled out of our house in Arlington to set out for the trip south to Florida

.....ended up driving straight through.

5:30am: showed up in Florida, exhausted....

6:00am: got in bed for some sleep

1:00pm: got up and unloaded the truck at the new house....

5:oopm: on our way to return the rental truck....

and the seemed to keep going....
