I don't think it's Willowsa platani.
For me, it's Seira Species sp.13 Janssens F & Gros P, 2015 isn't it ? No name for the species ?

The pole mill, located in Alameda da Carvalha, in Sertã, Portugal, is a replica of an old traditional mill used to produce olive oil. This schist structure, covered in straw tiles, used the force of a stick and hydraulic wheels to press the olives and extract the oil. The process included milling the olives, pressing them in threshing floors and separating the oil by decanting, following Roman techniques that marked the region's agricultural economy until the introduction of hydraulic presses in the 19th century. This traditional pole mill, preserved in the region of Sertã, in central Portugal, is a heritage element of Portuguese olive-growing culture. Operating from the medieval period until the mid-20th century, these mills were fundamental to the rural economy of the Beiras and were community meeting points during the olive harvest.

Camilo Seira’s “Monumento á Sementeira” is a bronze sculpture located in Praza do Castro, in the historic center of Padrón, a municipality in the province of A Coruña, in the autonomous community of Galicia, Spain. The work depicts a Galician peasant woman in traditional dress—a long ruffled skirt, an apron, and a shawl crossed over her chest, with her head covered by a scarf—an emblematic figure of the rural woman who sustained the region’s agricultural economy for centuries. At her feet lie sacks of grain and a wooden box, tools associated with sowing and working in the fields. The sculpture pays tribute to the fundamental role of rural women in Galician culture, where the land and the agricultural cycle have always occupied a central place in the collective identity. Padrón, known for its connection to the Jacobean tradition and its famous peppers, preserves in this monument the memory of the peasant labor that shaped the Galician landscape and society.
