Workout day 1: So I woke up early this morning before the outside gym at my apartment complex was packed to get a quick workout in and just relax my mind body & soul, I put on some Kendrick Lamar and vibed to "Alright" as I planned out my workout and meal plan for the rest of the month then finished my workout session before I went home to shower and go get my groceries from pickup. 😍🍎🍓
