I first started swimming in the sea he at the early age of four years old.
some fifty years later I still swim here.
Living only five minutes away....
I feel so lucky to still enjoy this place.
Running on the Northeast Corridor, a Benning Yard-bound train of coal empties pass through Seabrook, Maryland.
The beach nourisher's are back at Seabrook on the South Coast Of England, Shoring up the sea defences. Lovely frozen morning to capture one of the big machines.
This derelict building is across the inlet channel from Kemah Boardwalk, in Seabrook, Texas, near the entrance to Galveston Bay. It seems like it is a bit more rickety every time we visit the area. Once upon a time, it was a restaurant.

Seraphims – Isaiah 6:2 - These angels are closest to God. They praise God and represent His love. There are only four of them. Their primary mission is to protect the throne of God. They have six wings: two cover their faces, two cover their bodies, and two cover their feet.
I spent literally years of my youth on this bit of coastline in north western Tasmania.
My earliest work with a camera would not be much different from this shot.
Table Cape at the left, the fabulous Wynyard Tillites, Pleistocene glacial deposits in the mid-ground.

The Nephilim (plural) are the offspring of the "sons of God" and the "daughters of men" in Genesis 6:4, or giants who inhabit Canaan in Numbers 13:33. A similar word with different vowel-sounds is used in Ezekiel 32:27 to refer to dead Philistine warriors.
The views of the sunset are always dramatic here looking out over Seabrook Harbor. Fortunately the glow on the horizon is caused by the setting sun and not the Nuclear Power Plant over there on the far side!
Threats of thunderstorms dominated the weather forecast all day today. The storm clouds finally arrived at around 4:00 PM. Made me nervous for the people fishing for Stripers in the open motor boat!
PS - Do you see the face in the clouds? :-O
