Maha Bodhi Temple at Night
Over 2500 years ago, a noble-born Prince attained a selfenlightenment under the bodhi tree at this very site in present-day Buddhagaya.
This holy site will become the venue for the 3rd Annual Tipitaka Chanting which is to be organised by Mahabodhi Society of India, Buddhagaya Centre.
Dhamma Society Thailand will present a special Roman-script Tipitaka Chanting Version for 600 international Buddhist monks who will gather for this all-important ceremony between February 12-22, 200/8.
