Drawn using a black biro again. I am aware that this is pretty rubbish, but really I was just trying to experiment with the scribble tecnique and hopefully develop it further.

Originally I just wanted something different for my website headers (Facebook, Twitter) but I ended up quite liking it and so here ....... created rather quickly, scribbles, buttons, tissue paper and miniature photographs etc etc etc etce ctec etc

 

There are at least 3 ways to arrange these hats on your head. Knitted in Shetland wool using one of my digital scribble images and an AYAB hacked knitting machine.

Major mess was done, major fun was had !

It was exhilarating and calming at the same time, and all the physical action involved (scribbling+scratching+rubbing*dabbing) made it all the more fun !

I wasn't trying to go anywhere with it, and it dawned on me that this is probably the shortest way to reach your "happy place" in terms of creativity. Making just to make, scribbling just to scribble, no goal in mind, just indulging in the creative outlet.

 

Putting a newspaper on my desk before I started was a VERY good idea !
