PTASHKY is the Ukrainian word for ‘birds’. The set contains different objects with images of peafowl, mallard and pheasant – distinctive birds from Ukrainian folklore and fairytales. This project was inspired by traditional Ukrainian stitching pattens which we reinvented and represented in a form of contemporary and meticulous graphic and binding.

It turned out the large industrial paper cutter I planned to use was not big enough to cut either side of my 26''x40'' paper. D:
