Pulsar Quantum HD19S Thermal Imaging Scope

Image made with Swarovski spotting scope attached to my camera.

I made the trip out to the Beaverhill Bird Observatory with Lu Carbyn, owner of The Wildbird General Store (at the time). The scope was his inventory and he was keen to see if it could be effectively mounted to my dSLR.

The final image looks OK but the RAW image reveals a critical lack of sharpness. Nothing to do with the optics of the scope, rather it was due to inexperience on my part and with falling daylight. You really need good light and a sturdy support to properly use a spotting scope.

DNZ Scope Mount is precision machined in North Carolina from Top Grade, Solid Billet Aluminum. Exceptionally made scope mounts are going to allow you to secure your scope in place and not worry about it.
