The Polaris Slingshot - weird looking, but with some nice touches. The belt drive is a nice touch - the body less so.The designer probably has overdosed on Sci-fi magazines - though it has a bit more body than an Atom or KTM.
Henry Chang's Flux Capacitor in the Dust
Description from Henry's website: "Take a look here at Flux Capacitor, an art car that is nothing short of epic. Measuring a staggering 38 feet long, this eight-wheel, out of this world science fiction creation towers over everything and leaves a lasting impression on all who witness its magnificence."
This image was an effort to visualize an object for a story I have composed, as it was based upon I dream I once had.
The object is worn. It is really more of a cross section of a more curvaturely complicated device for discerning embedded knowledge and a form of communication two which all material existence can hear by and respond to. As it can transmit emotion, this "universal Lanuage" is really just another form of music but this music affects the listener and the sender more deeply because it creates a literal, though imaterial connection between them. The resulting knowlege by such an interchange is the most profound of all possible experiences; for from such events flow Perfect Knowledge, a perfect understanding of that thing discerned. In the story, "Truth" as a concept and a term, is elaborated from many perspectives, always as a of view point about an event and always defined by a specific instance in time when said event occured.
The Pi Machine is a tool of reason for providing perfect sight., the perfect understanding I refer to in the story is about arriving at a level comprehension by reason self evidentness; which is to say that amount of information displace in the experience of "KNOWING" the object, materially displaces the object from the environment or "Context" in was discerned. In other words the object now only exists in the mind of the discerner. No two idendical objects can exist in material space at the same time, for all material objects, how ever similar they may seem to be are unique. In this way, all objects can feel worthy of being and remain to do according to their emergent pupose.
