This elephant garlic scape was over five feet tall! The softer parts of the stalk are edible, and the harder parts make good stock. The blossoms are a great garnish for salads or soup.

RCS Scape

Each person in the think tank had 45 minutes to make an ID-scape collage that was then presented and discussed by everyone. Some youth worked furiously as though they knew exactly what they wanted. Others sat back, reflected and took a more slow approach. Everyone presented something that was thoughtful and insightful.

On the way back from the rugby today I saw a scene I wanted to try and capture.
