Le cœur des calanques de Piana est une formation géologique. Creusé dans les roches rouges , le vent a parfaitement sculpté un cœur juste au-dessus des eaux turquoises du golfe de Porto.
La randonnée la plus connue de la région pour mieux voir le cœur, est la randonnée du sentier des muletiers.
Légende :Il y a fort longtemps Satan se promenait dans les calanche de Piana, quand il tomba fou amoureux d’une bergère du village de Piana. Malheureusement la jolie bergère était déjà amoureuse d’une jeune homme du village de Porto – Ota. Pour se venger, Satan figa les amoureux pour l’éternité dans les roches rouges des calanques de Piana.

The heart of the Calanques de Piana is a geological formation. Carved into the red rocks, the wind has perfectly sculpted a heart just above the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Porto.
The most famous hike in the region to get a better view of the heart is the mule track hike.
Legend has it that a long time ago, Satan was walking in the Calanques de Piana when he fell madly in love with a shepherdess from the village of Piana. Unfortunately, the pretty shepherdess was already in love with a young man from the village of Porto-Ota. To take revenge, Satan froze the lovers for eternity in the red rocks of the Calanques de Piana.

Legende: Vor langer Zeit spazierte Satan durch die Calanques von Piana, als er sich unsterblich in eine Schäferin aus dem Dorf Piana verliebte. Leider war die hübsche Schäferin bereits in einen jungen Mann aus dem Dorf Porto – Ota verliebt. Aus Rache verwandelte Satan die Liebenden für alle Ewigkeit in die roten Felsen der Calanques von Piana.

El corazón de las calas de Piana es una formación geológica. Esculpido en las rocas rojas , el viento ha tallado perfectamente un corazón justo encima de las aguas turquesas del golfo de Porto.
La ruta de senderismo más conocida de la región para ver mejor el corazón es la ruta del sendero de los arrieros.
Leyenda: Hace mucho tiempo, Satanás paseaba por las calanques de Piana cuando se enamoró locamente de una pastora del pueblo de Piana. Desgraciadamente, la bella pastora ya estaba enamorada de un joven del pueblo de Porto-Ota. Para vengarse, Satanás congeló a los amantes para siempre en las rocas rojas de las calanques de Piana.

L'escursione più famosa della regione per ammirare al meglio il cuore è quella lungo il sentiero dei mulattieri.
Leggenda: Molto tempo fa Satana passeggiava nelle calanques di Piana, quando si innamorò perdutamente di una pastorella del villaggio di Piana. Purtroppo la bella pastorella era già innamorata di un giovane del villaggio di Porto - Ota. Per vendicarsi, Satana immobilizzò gli innamorati per l'eternità nelle rocce rosse delle calanques di Piana.

Just a few minutes after the previous shot, BFPO is slowly chugging along through backyards as they enter home rails at Northfield, MA. After they clear the turnout at East Northfield on the NECR, they'll open back up, and it will be a brisk run down to Greenfield, MA, where they'll meet 23K, then do the power swap on BFPO, exchanging the two B40s for a trio of C40s for the trip over the much more arduous freight main.
