we are picking up Elsie from school this afternoon (yippee!) and staying over in east London for an evening meal. Peter is cooking chicken and chorizo lasagne (a Spanish take on an Italian dish) which has become a family favourite. Back soon .. .

Morning on Downhill Beach looking towards Mussenden Temple with a rock pool in the foreground.
Just after sunrise the sky took on some nice but subtle colours which was nice to experience as it wasn't looking good up to that point.

Fire in the distance is actually from a high chimney in Grangemouth refinery which is just over the horizon. This field is quite high.
Por aqui o dia está maravilhoso. Sol, Céu e mar azulzinhos, alegria e felicidade no ar.
Uma Feliz Páscoa pra todos!
Here the day is wonderful. Sun, Sky and blue sea, joy and happiness in the air.
A Happy Easter to all!

This week´s business trip took me to Belgium and into the Dutch Province Zeeland. One of the new meanings of globalisation is that we all share the same weather. Although 400 km away from home the sky showed the same grey I already knew. I took the few minutes without rain for a short beach walk around the North Coast of Zeeland near Domburg., The Netherlands
A shot from a hot September day when I went to Meijendel close to Wassenaar to get my repaired telelens back, and then to relax on the beach for the rest of the day. This shot was taken at the end of the day. A nice memory, and a reminder of my next trip tomorrow. To Dahab! I'll be back!
The limestone formed as sediments in a tropical sea which covered most of Ireland approximately 350 million years ago.
Bolivia is one of the most beautiful countries in South America due to the concentration of stunning landscapes, worthy of countless "WOWs", to any visitor.
Today's conversation is destined for one of the most beautiful regions we have ever visited in the world: the southwest of Bolivia, a place that activates your imagination to the extreme making you think you are on another planet.
At 3,600 meters above sea level, there is the incredible Salar de Uyuni and the Bolivian Altiplano (where we are in this picture), with its colorful lagoons, thermal pools, volcanoes and private vegetation, all extremely photogenic and capable of making any trip there unforgettable.
