The busts of major composers adorn the walls of this salon in the Austrian State Opera House (Staatsoper) in Vienna.
The Austrian State Opera (Staatsoper) is a massive operation that employs over a thousand administrators, workers and performers. During the annual season from early September until mid June, that season's shows are performed on a rotating basis requiring a complete set change everyday since there is a show almost every night. In fact there are often two set changes in a day due to the need for dress rehearsals.
Looks like someone name Eliza had a clever idea for her salon :)

Italianate Salon Interior
Created with Midjourney
PP work in Adobe PS Elements 2024 Raw filters
A wide-angle view of a italianate home interior, captured in an oil painting style reminiscent of Louis Shanber and Richard Schmid. The scene is rich in texture, showcasing soft, flowing brushstrokes that convey a sense of innocence and charm. The walls are adorned with intricate patterns, and a beautifully textured carpet adds depth to the space. The overall atmosphere evokes a feeling of nostalgia and contemplation, inviting the viewer to immerse themselves in the serene environment.
