Desde el pueblo de Colmenar (Málaga) se ve este conjunto montañoso. Esta formado entre otros por el Alto de Doña Ana, el Tajo Gómer y el Tajo del Fraile.
Riogordo es un municipio de la provincia de Málaga.
Al fondo se observa el conjunto montañoso de los Tajos del Sabar, formado por el tajo de Gómer, el alto de Doña Ana y el tajo del Fraile.
Ruta senderista espectacular, pero el día estuvo muy desapacible debido a la lluvia y el frío.
Riogordo es un municipio que pertenece a la provincia de Málaga.
Al fondo de la fotografía se observa la Sierra del Sabar. Con sus tres picos: el alto de Doña Ana, el tajo de Gómer y el alto del Fraile.

Sekitar tahun 60an dan 70an, pengangkutan ini amat popular di kalangan penduduk dari kampung-kampung seperti Saei, Semop,Sedau,Seredeng,Sebena, Ng. Semah dan banyak lagi. Dengan tambang RM2.00 seorang, perjalanan dari kampung saya ke Bandar Sibu mengambil masa 6 hingga 7 jam. Berangkat sekitar jam 12:00 tengah hari dan tiba di Sibu pada jam 7:00 atau 8:00 malam. Pada keesokkan harinya berangkat dari Sibu seawal jam 7:00 pagi dan tiba di kampung saya lewat 1:00 atau 2:00 petang. Tingkat bawah Double Decker ini biasanya memuatkan Padi, beras,tepung sagu dan isi rumbia yang telah dikisar dan dikeringkan (Po)dimana ia merupakan hasil tanaman penduduk-penduduk dari kampung-kampung di sepanjang perjalanan ke Sibu. Selain dari itu ada juga penumpang yang membawa sayur-sayuran dan juga ternakan untuk untuk dijual. Manalaka di tingkat atas pula adalah merupakan ruang untuk para penumpang yang sangat sabar.
80an hingga sekarang, walaupun pengangkutan air masih lagi digunakan, perjalanan ke Sibu hanya mengambil masa 2 hingga 2setengah jam sahaja dengan menggunakan Bot Ekpress. Dilengkapkan dengan TV dan penghawa dingin untuk keselesaan para penumpang dengan tambang yang amat berpatutan.
Pada tahun 2009 pengangkutan darat dari Daro ke tempat saya telah disiapkan membolehkan penduduk kampung ke destinasi yang sama (Sibu) menggunakan motosikal atau kereta menyusuri jalan Matu-Daro, Igan, Mukah hingga ke Sibu yang mengambil masa 6 hingga 7 jam, sama seperti menggunakan pengangkutan air sekitar 60an dan 70an. Hehehehe!!!

You would think, drumming comes naturally, but even if you a talented, there is a long road to excellence. Immersed in the Senegalese African traditional music since a young age, Waly started with the djembe type drum. He enrolled at the conservatory in Bagnolet at the age of 7 and study classical percussion, but also drums, when he started listening to hip hop.
He completed his study in classical percussion at the City Conservatory of Paris and continued his career as a classical instrumentalist and other conservatories in contemporary music. At the same time, he studies percussion in Paris in Sabar (traditional Senegalese percussion) and in Gennevilliers - Afro-Cuban music. Throughout his poly-instrumentalist training, he joined numerous ensembles: Àbájade, Boubacar Kafando (Burkinabe fusion), the group of Maur Cyries (pop-rock) as drummer, Le Feste Antonacci and also electronic music. At the same time, he performs in the classical field with Radio France orchestra.
The cool venue of 'Fabrica des Artes' (FAC) on the westside of Havana provided a sophisticated atmosphere and audience. Àbájade is a group of musician from Paris and at this concert; they were even stronger with the participation of some Cuban musicians. It was a party from the first note! The 'Fabrica' is definitely worth to visit even when there are no concerts. This was taken on the last day of the jazz festival and the atmosphere was electric. La Fabrica has rotating exhibits of paintings, sculpture and photography.

Bahawa sesungguhnya LUKA ( Musibah, ujian, cubaan) yang ditimpakan kepada kita pada hakikatnya adalah CINTA.
Itulah tanda cinta dan kasih sayang Allah kepada kita. Tapi terkadang kita tidak sabar dengan ujian itu dan menganggapnya sebagai LUKA.
Sedangkan CINTA ( kenikmatan, kesihatan, harta melimpah, dll ) yang diberikan pada kita hakikatnya boleh saja berupa LUKA, kerana semua itu adalah ujian.
Kekayaan dan kenikmatan yang diberikan Allah kepada kita, yang kita anggap sebagai CINTA boleh jadi hakikatnya adalah LUKA ( Ujian ).
Bagaimana dirimu mengaplikasikan LUKA dan CINTA itu...
Jika kita memandang semua itu dengan kacamata IMAN, insyaAllah yang namanya CINTA dan LUKA tidak ada bezanya, kerana semua itu adalah anugerah dan tanda sayang Allah kepada hamba2Nya.

La Sierra de los Tajos del Sabar o Altos del Sabar es un conjunto orográfico de 9,75 km2 situado en la comarca de la Axarquía, al sur del primer trayecto del río Sabar y al norte de los llanos del Corredor de Periana, entre Alfarnatejo y Riogordo. Forma parte del Arco Calizo Central aunque se halla separado de esta alineación montañosa. Consta de tres elevaciones: el Tajo de Doña Ana (1.202 m.), situado al sur y separado de las otras dos por una depresión denominada "Tallón", a partir de la cual se eleva el impresionante Tajo de Gomer (1.129 m.), y el Tajo del Fraile (1.229 m.), en el que también se encuentra un pico menor, El Frailillo (1.168 m.). La conocida como Sierra del Rey se considera como una subunidad menor de este conjunto y alcanza los 972 msnm en el Cerro Castejón.

The original 198 Youth Health Centre opened in May 1995 at 198 Hereford Street, and successfully provided 15 years of holistic health care services to thousands of underprivileged young people in Christchurch.
Unfortunately, a series of funding crises forced 198 to close in May 2010. This closure was met by a huge community protest and left a gap in holistic, youth friendly, health care in Christchurch. Two attempts to restart the services at different venues failed because of earthquake damage, and loss of furniture and equipment.
Despite all these set backs, we, the Korowai Youth Well-Being Trust officially opened a new Youth Health Centre on 31st August 2012, ‘298 Youth Health’ which is dedicated to the memory of Dr Husam Sabar Al-Ani who tragically died in the CTV building collapse.
The Vision of the Trust of a Korowai/Cloak, is to create an enabling environment where healthy development can occur for young people by providing health services in conjunction with other like minded services, to jointly provide a holistic facility to meet all round needs of young people in Christchurch, especially those that are most vulnerable.
