Surfing. Friday, February 22, 2008. ASP Men’s World Tour. Quiksilver Pro presented by LG, February 22 – March 5. Snapper Rocks, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.

 

The Quiksilver Pro is the first of 11 stops on the ASP Men’s World Tour and includes the world’s top 45 full-time touring male professional surfers plus three wildcards. The event has a ten day waiting period but requires only four full days of competition to be completed. Mick Fanning is the defending champion.
