Promenade sur les quais du Tibre

St. Peter's in the distance

We had taken a walk to Terrazza del Gianicolo. From this place you have a beautiful view of the skyline of Rome. When we walked back to the hotel we had the sun on our back and the sunset was busy. The sunset cannot be seen though the effect in the form of the long shadows. We thought this was a funny sight .

Rome. Italy. May 2016

Our last night in Italy. Looking to the Mediterranean Sea from a canal to the River Tiber.

blue hour was really surprised to see I was the only one taking pics with tripod!! and not many people.. I guess it's end of season and I picked a good time to travel to Rome..

as seen from Castel Sant' Angelo

What struck me about this beautiful courtyard was the amazing wall paintings going up all surrounding walls.

Rainy January days mean time to look through holiday memories! Here, the Castel and Ponte Sant’Angelo are reflected in the River Tiber, along with the clear blue December sky. A beautiful but chilly day!
