Happy Monochrome Monday, everyone!

Hello everyone! It’s been a while! Sorry I’ve taken so long to post anything on here, the amount of work I have has been insane! But finally I’ve finished the semester

Here is my latest creation! The AAT. I made the most interesting versions (the trade federation version, the CIS clone wars version and the CIS battlefront 2 version) it is minifig scale and it was very hard to make the interior accurate to the in universe tank, but I did it! Although I may have sacrificed some structure to do it I will show pics of the interior later.

The first picture is based of the concept picture of the battlefront 2 game that is why I put the battlefront logo on top, I tried to recreate it in lego 😅

The model has 820 pieces.

Measurements:

Length - 21.6 cm

Width - 18.4 cm

Height - 10.4 cm

I was after a whole different photo today and it simply didn't worked out this time. I was already packing things up and then it hit me: how about you challenge yourself by photographing minifigs you've been avoiding to put on front of the camera. Battle droids we're perfect target!

Polaroid Week, Fall 2021. Day 4, 1 of 2.

Hey people! So, as promised, here are the interior pictures and some features of the AAT. I am not showing the features of the cannon going up and down and rotating because those are pretty obvious. It’s kinda mandatory!

You can take out all the seats pretty easily and to access the inside you have only to remove the hump part underneath the cannon.

The cannon compartment can fit a battle droid. The top hatch opens in the middle and sideways like in the movie version.

Overall the tank is “manned” by 4 battle droids!

Posted 2024. “All 10 episodes of Monsters at Work Season 2 are now streaming on Disney+, and I’m so excited for the world to finally meet the new MIFTer Roger Rogers, voiced by Rhys Darby. I built LEGO Roger as a “welcome-back-to-the-studio” gift for 13 of the Creative/Production Leadership team when we started working back in-office at the beginning of 2023 (we were all still working completely remotely for a decent part of production when I started in 2021).”

Went to the mall for a much needed hair cut. Gave the Salon a bunch of my business cards to hand out. See if anything comes from that.

Face project: One of the many things that I love about taking photos is the ability to meet some very interesting people. Take Roger for example, this lovely person works for a big retail store, that shall remain nameless, and is also one very talented photographer. He was not only super friendly, when i went looking for lenses, but he also let me play with a $3000 lens. On top of that he gave me some good photography tips and lastly volunteered to pose as a model for me. Roger passingly mentioned about his photography blog, which i did check out, and can I just say it has some absolutely amazing photos from his recent trip to India.
