Rat rods were the most fun category at the 25th annual Moab Classic Car Show. More fun...it was very loud!
As always, thanks so much for taking a look.

RBMN train JTOS approaches the Industrial Rd crossing at Panther Creek passing some color fall foliage. Every time I am out shooting #425 I'm reminded of why this engine is such a fan favorite and why its been a favorite of mine since I was a young boy watching it operate between Temple and Hamburg back in the mid-80s.
Rat Rod’s started out back in the 40-50’s and it’s a custom car deliberately worn down, unfinished appearance, typically lacking paint, showing rust, and made from cheap or castoff parts.
A common obsession here on the coast: Collecting and using them. These belong to one of the fellas here on the farm.

This is a shot from the archives, taken at the Fairgrounds, located in Puyallup, Washington. So many cars, and only so much time! ha!
Although this is one of my favorites, I'm not positive on the particulars. In just comparing with other photos, I would have to say this is a 1931 Ford 5-window Coupe. Please feel free to correct me, if I'm wrong!
