WEEP not, my wanton, smile upon my knee:
When thou art old there's grief enough for thee.
Mother's wag, pretty boy,
Father's sorrow, father's joy.
When thy father first did see
Such a boy by him and me,
He was glad, I was woe:
Fortune changèd made him so,
When he left his pretty boy,
Last his sorrow, first his joy.
Austin Maxi's advertising department show a touch of class in selecting their props for this guff about how best to enjoy the fully reclining seats. My parents bought one of these in the seventies, as a teenager with free rein to borrow the car I thought it an excellent choice.
Needed to be driven downhill to max out at over the ton.

Alco diesels often emit a cloud of black smoke when the throttle is opened from idle, apparently due to turbo lag.

This is oil on aluminum, and what looks like black is really luminous blue. I don't know why the color fell out. It hurt my eyes. I think that was the point.
