Als Schwarz/Weiß Bild ein echter Hingucker ! Finde Ich
From my UK roadtrip of 2019, photo taken with smartphone.
Thanks for all the faves and comments, even for just taking the time to view my photo's, much appreciated.
If I give faves, then most of the time they are not given in a "blink of an eye", I like to look at details to see how much they enriched a photo and how they draw my attention, to everyone "keep up the great/nice/good-looking/wonderful work of photography".
The most beautiful journey in the world!
The Atlantic Road takes you from lush coastal landscapes and heaths to bare rocks along the exposed Hustadvika, where you can see the sun sink into the horizon. This National Tourist Route has been called the world’s most beautiful drive and has been voted the “Norwegian construction of the century”.
The Atlantic Road connects the island of Averøy with the mainland via a series of small islands and islets spanned by a total of eight bridges over 8,274 meters. The road was opened in 1989 and is toll free.
The Atlantic Road has National Tourist Route status, and the entire stretch between Bud and Kristiansund is one continuous experience packed with coastal scenery, culture and history.
The contrasts between a trip on a sunny and tranquil summer day compared to a foam-sprayed journey in a storm from the northwest are huge. But whether the ocean is flat calm or cascading over the road, the Atlantic Road experience will give you memories for life.
Just back from our little Roadtrip north of the border..
We had a good time, but it wasn't the same craic not being able to share a wee dram or 2 with the friends we've made in the Highlands over the last 15 years...
Went on a roadtrip with my best friend. She is the one waving in the picture. Her boyfriend is walking beside her. Took a few shot to stich a panoramix of Brugge and they were in one of the shots. Turned out great I think and it's as a memory of a lovely day.

Made a brief trip back to Canyon, Texas for some photography. This is an accidental photo inside the car, the way most trips start for me ;)
Enjoy your Sunday!
Oldtimerrally ?

Hey there Friends. Sorry I have been MIA for the last week or so. I took off on a 5 day 3000 mile solo road trip through Oregon, Washington and across all of British Columbia... This trip was more about the drive and clearing the mind and soul than it was about photography. Yes, I did take the camera along and was quite impressed with the fall color they have up there...
Grab a map and follow along as I retrace my route for those who are interested.
