The Marble House is a Gilded Age Mansion, built for Alva and William Kissam-Vanderbilt, 1888-1892. It is Located in Newport, Rhode Island, and is open to the public.

Nothing too artsy, deep, or creative pertaining to #water this week ... Just an image that I captured yesterday while exploring Rhode Island the day before Hurricane Henri. The composition and action/gesture pleases my eye, so I share it.
Last week, Lorraine and I went shopping in East Greenwich, and for lunch at the Harborside.
This was the view from our outside dining table.
And the food was equally as good!
