I love traditional hand-made kitchen things - I bought this sieve from a copper smith in a market in Kashgar, in far-western China. I've included a photo of the shop in comments.

The buttons in this image all date back to the late 19th century. The hand torn ribbons have the frayed edges I love and are all modern. Some are chiffon and some are made from sari silk.
