Alpha Beach is a new development from Bali Virtual.
It's really nicely designed, with plenty to do without too much having been jammed in (one of my SL hotel / resort criticisms),
It's also geared very much towards couples.
The cabins are simple but have everything you really need and cost 500L a week. You can also rez objects there, making it a good photo spot.
Overall, highly recommended.
Being from Central California we have treked to Arizona a few times hoping to photograph what had been an elusive bird for us, and for many others; the Elegant Trogan. We timed our latest trip by what we believed would be within Trogan migration time. Once we were in the right general location we chatted with locals and hikers and decided we were ready to make the trek up the canyon. Although excited about the citing, the first day we saw the Trogon he was not in the best of locations for photography so we tried again the following day. The return to the canyon paid off. He showed up, perched facing us and the early morning sun, and moved around some from branch to branch to give some variety of poses. All the time he did his little, unique verbalizations. It was a great experience!
Got this off the internet: Today there are fewer than 50 pairs of these birds in the United States, all concentrated in four mountain ranges in southern Arizona. By far the easiest place to see them is in the Cave Creek drainage of the Chiricahua Mountains.
I’ve lived in Second Life Hotels and Resorts for a month now. And I've realised that the best ones will do one (or both) of two things.
They will act as memory and sensory triggers bringing back something from your RL. Or you will think, “I wish I could stay somewhere like this.”
The Lush Tulum did both those things for me. It joins the Rizzi and Lotus Palace as my (at time of writing) favourite SL hotel / resort experiences.

Thanks to "Caso Cerrado" I have learned Spanish language.
I also found it very interesting with diverse subjects that offers a new perspective on life meaning. I have been watching Caso Cerrado since 2004. Now, I have to enjoy only the daytime episodes at 2:00 pm because the 7:00 pm show is not anymore televised. I hope it will return soon.
I miss it very much.
