The glow ignitor normally connects directly into the glow plug on top of the engine, inches from the propeller. It must be removed after the engine is started. To minimize the chance of an injury I installed this remote ignitor behind the wing.
Testing a remote setup for a future shoot. Camera on magic arm attached to the fork and right grip. Pocket wizards triggered by button located on the left hand side of the handlebar. PW trigger both camera and two remote flashes on for at the camera right at 1/2 power and one as a rimlight behind me (rider) at 1/1. f16/0,5 sec. Remote PW on 0,43 second delay to get rear curtain sync. flash placement was a bit tricky as was the timing of the delay.
Selfie atop the barely used pass by Thadodhunga Tuppa. There is no concrete border post here and so this area was not explored in the early 1960's when Nepal and Tibet-China fixed their border.
In small remote towns things that don't work are easy notice. Local government can border on ridiculous, and well meaning groups run on volunteerism often crash due to being poorly funded and short staffed. In T or C, The Sierra County Arts Council stands out. Run by a board who's members stick around for a while, they do exactly what their mission statement says, they bring art to Sierra County. For the size of downtown, a mile loop of Main St. and Broadway, we're wealthy in creativity. I've gone to the council with proposals for funding for small projects and have always been met with by interested ears and at times funding to get little projects off the ground.
Last night SCAC hosted their annual party, it was a blast! Thanks SCAC!

This non-RC Beetle is the third of the 3 racing 'bugs' I plan to enter in the next Birch Bug Racing League. The what? You know those foam squeeze logo'd toys companies give out? Some of us at my company organize motorized foam toy races. This is one of my March '08 entries. You can see our rules (as well as pix/video from previous events here: www.4xkn.com/birch_bugs/index.html

More practicing with the new remote. This is a dove in our yard. Taken with the 75-300 mm lens. The glass on this lens is okay but its definitely slower than an f2.8 lens.
I'm feeling much better, and this is how happy that makes me.
But I'm not loving that my new lens has focusing issues when paired with my remote.

A assume there is a road up there but why would the church be built there in the first place?

www.gotoassist.com/chris - If there is such a thing as a dream job, I would have to say it would be one in which you love whatever it is that you're doing. If what you love is to perform tech support for others, you might want to consider using GoToAssist. GoToAssist is software that allows you to connect remotely to another desktop, whether they're using Mac OS X or Windows. The client on the other end only needs to click a link you provide to them! The folks at GoToAssist have come up with several great specials for all of our readers, so that you can see for yourself all of the many advantages they can give you. twitter.com/chrispirillo - chris.pirillo.comThis video was originally shared on blip.tv by l0ckergn0me with a No license (All rights reserved) license.
