Nothing more fulfilling, relaxing, rejuvenating and humbling than being in the mountains !
This is at the Himalayan town of Manali.
We friends, went to this valley for some adventure sports, but sadly the rain gods had their own games to play !
But nonetheless, the rains always add to the beauty of any time and place and these were the mountains :)
A lone person stops to watch the sunset and reflect on life. You can almost feel her soul being rejuvenated from the beautiful skies and reflections created by mother nature.

To recall at Lake Serene, 'serenity' is the state of being calm, peaceful, and untroubled. Lake Serene has been in this state for eons. The boat is a shared community boat for drifting around the lake to enjoy serenity in a gentle floating manner. Floating improves one's serenity by helping with mental and physical wellness through increasing one's relaxation, energy, and rejuvenation.

I had a long walk yesterday. First I watched the waves, then I listened to the soft sound of the reed moved by the wind. The walk was very rejuvenating and refreshing.

Going to Battle River this year helped me heal a bit and allowed me to feel excitement and enthusiasm for the first time since Phil died nearly 6 months ago.
See if you can spot the bear in this photo. I'll give you a hint; the object on the very far left in the water is a rock, but look just to the right of that. :-)
This was shot at the Grange Estate. It was such a warm and welcoming room and reminded me of when you get home at the end of the day or the end of a trip and let your surroundings rejuvenate your soul.

I spent a wonderful afternoon at a local gardens where spring was bursting forth in all its glory. It's such a beautiful space, and yet free to enter which seems a very rare and special thing these days.
The sight of people's faces upturned to the welcome sun and their smiles as they encountered some new or beautiful specimen, or listened to birdsong, was every bit as precious as the garden itself.
I feel as though spring has truly sprung and I might have fallen in love with my camera all over again too!
Often evokes images of tranquility and connection with nature, offering a serene escape where one can watch waves roll in, breathe in the salty air, and listen to the soothing sounds of the sea.
It can be a perfect setting for reflection, relaxation, or a getaway, surrounded by the beauty of sunsets and the rhythm of the tides.
Whether it's a beach stroll, a seaside picnic, or simply soaking in the view, the experience by the sea is both refreshing and rejuvenating.
The contractors have been working hard creating long trenches on the beach from Black Rock towards the Pier. I asked one of them what the trenches were and he explained they are part of the improving biodiversity plan (see below) The trenches are like planters which, once finished, will be filled with native plants, flowers and chalk land grasses. The trench area will then be fenced in so the public can look but not touch.

Took this today. First time we have seen blue skies here since before December 20th. It was wonderful. I took my car and drove all over town to see the sights and it was 45*. I needed a day like that to rejuvenate.
