Ice making process introduction:
When the refrigeration system begins operating normally, the water in the tank below is transported from the cold water tank to the cold water sprinkler by the cold water pump. It is then evenly sprinkled on the surface of the evaporator. Through the cycle working of the refrigerant, some water is created into plate ice, while the water which does not become ice returns to the cold water tank below and waits for the next water cycle. After a period of time the water cycle and refrigeration stops and the water and overheating refrigerants gas begin a heat exchange with the plate ice at the same time. The plate ice then loses adhesive force and the ice drops into the ice crushing gadget due to gravity. After the ice is off the water temperature becomes low and it returns into the water sink waiting the next cycle.

Our innovation, FOCUSUN 20ft and 40ft solar container cold room is a “plug and play” modular, solar-powered walk-in cold room, for 24/7 off-grid storage and preservation of perishable foods. It adequately addresses the problem of post- harvest losses in fruits, vegetables and other perishable food.

Industrial water chiller working principle:

First cooling stage: Evaporative condenser is used to lower the temperature of natural water. The first cooling stage can reduce tropical high temperature water of 45℃and above into 36℃; little electricity is consumed but with a good temperature reduction effect.
Second cooling stage:plate or shell evaporator is used to lower the water temperature from 36℃to 15℃ and keep evaporative temperature at 10℃ which equips compressor with good energy- efficiency ratio which can achieve 4.2kw/hour.
Third cooling stage:plate or shell evaporator is used to lower the water temperature from 10℃to 4℃; constant evaporative pressure adjustive valve and 0.5℃ evaporative temperature make a higher temperature difference of heat transmission that ensures good heat transfer effect and the evaporator will not be frozen to crack
Fourth cooling stage:Focusun unique open-type dipped plate evaporator with gas anti-freezing technology completely prevents itself from frozen crack; constant evaporative pressure adjustive valve control -5℃evaporative temperature which can lower the water temperature from 4℃to 0.5℃.

Tube ice is a kind of hollow cylindrical ice with external diameter ø21、ø28、ø34mm and length 25～42mm. The hole diameter is usually ø5～10mm and it can be adjusted according to ice making time.
Features: Tube ice is thick and transparent with long storage period. It isn't likely to melt in a short time.

Tube Ice Machine Features:
Use hot Freon gas to make ice fall off fast with the whole process takes only 150~180 seconds.
After the ice is off, the water of low temperature is used for ice-making, saving energy consumption and increasing the volume of production of ice.

Rake ice storage room equipped with insulating layer up and down ,all round. Also, it attaches a refrigeration unit to bring down the temperature and keep in -10℃. Mechanical equipment inside the room can rake the stored ice and convey it to ice outlet automatically.
Insulation thickness standard of the ice storage room is 150mm.

Large capacity ice tube machine features a modular design which makes it easy to install, ship and operate. The whole unit consists of 3 parts:
Evaporator module: the evaporator and its accessories are installed on a steel frame which forms the evaporator module. When transporting, place the evaporator horizontally and stand it upright when installing.
Compressor module: compressor, condenser, reservoir, liquid receiver, oil seperator, and electric control box are installed on a steel frame to form the whole set.
Cooling tower module: cooling tower, water pump and water pipes.

Our innovation, FOCUSUN 20ft and 40ft solar container cold room is a “plug and play” modular, solar-powered walk-in cold room, for 24/7 off-grid storage and preservation of perishable foods. It adequately addresses the problem of post- harvest losses in fruits, vegetables and other perishable food.
The solar powered walk-in cold room is made of 120mm insulating cold room panels to retain cold. Energy from solar panels mounted on the roof-top of the cold room are stored in high capacity batteries, these batteries feeds an inverter which in turn feeds the refrigerating unit.
